sorry i haven't blogged in a while. i've been very very busy with school and work and the mad-ster. we went to bart's parent's house last weekend and celebrated easter a little bit early with them. the grown up easter egg hunt was friday night when we got there, and then the next day we did the kid easter egg hunt for the little girls. tal told us that ayders had been practicing, so i was kinda worried that maddi wouldn't get what was going on, but she took to it like a pig to mud. ha ha. she was a pro...just like her mom is...at everything :D lol. and i bought a new car in feb...it's pretty fun. i especially like the improved gas mileage. i went from the caddy to the honda...but the honda doesn't have the balls (excuse the language, but it's true,) that the caddy had. i could beat ANYONE in a race in that thing, and i especially liked zooming past big trucks and tricked out cars at red lights that turned green. :( i will miss those days. i find out in about 2 weeks whether or not i made the nursing program! exciting!!! kam turns eight and mad turns 2 in about 2 weeks. i can not believe how fast time has flown. the rest of the pictures are just random ones of what we've been up to. the car with the super sweet fin was at mcdonald's one day...and i couldn't resist taking a picture! and bart is the best boyfriend EVER...(sorry amber, jared is #2...) he grew this sweet stache just for me!!! i think mustaches are freaking the hottest thing ever, and i LOVE his. he is a keeper, fo sho. today after bart gets off work we are going shed-ler (sheds and antlers mixed together, i have to say it this way so my franklin-covey doesn't get confused!) hunting. bart has already been like 2 or 3 times this year!!! this will be my first time this season...wish me luck! the first time i really considered the possibility of bart and i being a thing was the second time we went shed-ler hunting together...he found his first ever matching set that weren't sitting on top of each other, and i found a set too. i found my first one first and then bart found one, and then bart found his match down by this creek and he started screaming and hollering and acting a fool, and then i saw something white about ten feet from where he was standing and it was the other side to my antler. and it was fate...and now he's stuck with me for a while...ha ha:) okay...and in the easter pictures maddi doesn't have candy on her face. those are battle scars from some rough play, and in the pictures with her purple shirt on she was at the park with me and she was obsessed with these sticks...she even brought some home! (they are still in the trunk of my car.) and the one with the f.e.s. is maddi and my mom and stepdad's exchange student chris from vietnam...he's so fun! and the next ones are when maddi fell asleep standing up...she was so so so mad at me for making her take a nap at bart's house that she fell asleep standing up and screaming. ha ha ha:-) and the one of me in the brown scrubs is me at work with my nerd glasses (now tara's sexy lady glasses) and this one girl's "purse." it's a fanny pack her husband so sweetly bought her to put her concealed weapon in...a-freaking-dorable...please note the sarcasm. thanks for catching up with us! stay classy readers, kelly "kapowski"
